Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Brasilliance Cleaning Services ("we," "us," or "our") and any cleaning services you engage us to perform. By booking a service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before scheduling.
1. Services and Booking
Brasilliance Cleaning Services provides residential, deep, move-in/move-out, and vacation rental cleaning services in Brunswick County, NC and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and are confirmed in writing (via email, text, or online booking form) before the scheduled appointment.
Pricing is estimated at the time of booking based on the information you provide (property size, service type, condition). Final pricing may vary if the actual scope differs significantly from what was described. We will communicate any adjustments before proceeding.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:
- All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Cash and check
- Zelle and Venmo
- Invoice billing (for recurring or commercial accounts by prior arrangement)
For recurring service arrangements, payment terms may be agreed in advance. Overdue balances may result in suspension of scheduled service until resolved.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 48+ hours notice: No fee. You may reschedule or cancel without charge.
- 24–48 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost may apply.
- Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: A cancellation fee of up to 100% of the estimated service cost may apply to cover team time and scheduling.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule service in the event of severe weather, team illness, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as early as possible and work to reschedule at no additional charge.
4. Property Access
You are responsible for providing safe and adequate access to the property at the scheduled service time. This may include providing a key, entry code, or being present to grant access. If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time through no fault of our own, a lockout fee may apply.
All team members are background-checked, bonded, and insured. Your property and its contents will be treated with respect at all times. We ask that you secure or note any fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items and inform us of any areas to avoid.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work 100%. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional charge.
Our satisfaction guarantee applies to cleaning quality and scope as agreed at booking. It does not apply to pre-existing damage, conditions outside our control, or requests made after the guarantee window has closed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Brasilliance Cleaning Services is fully bonded and insured. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the cleaning service in question. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration
- Damage caused by improperly secured or inherently fragile items
- Loss of income, business interruption, or consequential damages
- Damage arising from following specific client instructions that differ from our standard procedures
In all cases, our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.
7. Damage & Claims
In the unlikely event that damage occurs during a service, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. We take all damage claims seriously and will work with you to reach a fair resolution through our insurance coverage where applicable.
Claims reported more than 24 hours after service completion may be difficult to verify and may not be eligible for coverage. We photograph property before and after service where relevant (particularly for vacation rental turnovers) to support documentation.
8. Conduct & Workplace Safety
We reserve the right to discontinue service and leave a property if our team members encounter unsafe working conditions, harassment, or an environment that poses a risk to their health or safety. In such cases, a service fee may still apply for time spent on site.
Pets should be secured or kept away from areas being cleaned unless agreed otherwise. Please inform us of any pets, allergies, or health conditions relevant to our cleaning products and methods when booking.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or applicable law. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
