Who We're Looking For
We're seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in quality work and bring a professional, respectful attitude to every home they enter.

- Professional communication with supervisors and team members
- Comfortable working in residential homes and vacation rental properties
- Able to follow cleaning checklists, instructions, and property-specific preferences
- Respectful of client property, privacy, and personal belongings
- Able to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
- Comfortable traveling between multiple job sites within the service area
- Prior cleaning experience preferred — but motivated candidates new to the field are welcome to apply
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to do excellent work
Employment Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable access to a personal vehicle for transportation to client locations
- Must be able to travel to residential homes, vacation rentals, and cleaning job sites within the Brasilliance service area
- Must be able to stand, bend, reach, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout a shift
- Must be dependable and punctual — our clients schedule around our arrival times
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be willing to follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and client-specific instructions
