📅 Booking & Scheduling
You can book by filling out our online quote form, calling us at (412) 277-2622, or emailing rwilliams@brasilliancecleaning.com. We'll confirm your appointment within 24 hours and send a reminder before your scheduled visit.
We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance for standard cleanings. For move-in/move-out or deep cleaning, 1–2 weeks is ideal to secure your preferred time slot. That said, contact us — we often have same-week availability!
Absolutely! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring service at a discounted rate compared to one-time cleans. Recurring clients also receive priority scheduling. Just let us know your preference when booking.
We understand that life happens! Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel without a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a small cancellation fee. Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
💰 Pricing & Payment
Our pricing is based on the size of your home, the type of cleaning, and your location. We offer competitive flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees. Fill out our free quote form or call us for a personalized estimate — we'll give you a clear price before we start.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as cash, check, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is typically collected after the cleaning is complete. We also offer invoice billing for commercial and recurring accounts.
Yes! Recurring customers receive a discount (5–15% depending on frequency). We also occasionally offer referral bonuses, seasonal promotions, and first-time client discounts. Ask about our current offers when you request a quote.
🧹 What's Included
Yes — we bring everything needed for a thorough clean, including our professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products and all equipment. You don't need to provide anything. If you have specific products you'd prefer us to use in certain areas, just let us know when booking.
A regular cleaning covers the core areas — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom surfaces, and general tidying. A deep cleaning goes much further: inside appliances, grout scrubbing, window tracks, cabinet interiors, behind furniture, detailed baseboards, and more. We recommend starting with a deep clean before transitioning to regular maintenance service.
Inside ovens and refrigerators are included in our deep cleaning service and move-in/move-out packages. For standard recurring visits, these can be added as paid add-ons. Just let us know what you'd like included when booking.
Dishes and laundry are available as optional add-on services. We'll wash, dry, and fold a load of laundry or hand-wash dishes for an additional fee. These need to be requested at the time of booking so we can allocate enough time.
🔒 Trust & Safety
Absolutely. Every member of our cleaning team undergoes a thorough background check before they're hired, and all team members are fully vetted, trained, and covered under our company's insurance and bond. Your safety and security are our top priority.
You're welcome to stay home or leave — whatever you prefer. Many of our regular clients provide a key or access code so we can clean while they're at work. We treat every home with the utmost respect and care, whether or not you're present.
Yes, Brasilliance Cleaning Services is fully bonded and insured. Our insurance covers any accidental damage that may occur during a cleaning visit. We've never had a serious incident, but you can rest easy knowing you're protected.
We stand behind our work 100%. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our guarantee — no arguments, no hassle.
🐾 Pets & Special Requests
Yes! We love pets and have experience cleaning homes with dogs, cats, and other furry friends. We use pet-safe cleaning products throughout. Please let us know about your pets when booking so we can ensure their comfort and account for any extra pet hair removal if needed (a small additional fee may apply).
Yes — this is one of our most important commitments. We exclusively use eco-friendly, green-certified cleaning products that are free from harsh chemicals, bleach, and toxic fumes. Safe for children, pets, and anyone with sensitivities. You can breathe easy when we're done.
Absolutely. We want to clean your home the way you want it cleaned. When booking, simply let us know your priorities — rooms to focus on, areas to skip, special instructions for pets, antiques, or fragile items. We'll note your preferences and honor them every visit.
